THE GREAT NZ GARDENING SURVEY 2026

CONSUMER PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  2. The Great NZ Gardening Survey 2026 is sponsored by Grosafe Chemicals Ltd (Promoter) of 20 Jean Batten Drive, Mount Maunganui, 3116 Tauranga and administered by Publik Agency Ltd on behalf of Grosafe Chemicals Ltd.

  3. By entering the prize draw, participants consent to Publik Agency Ltd and Grosafe Chemicals Ltd collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the survey, conducting research, administering the prize draw and contacting winners.

  4. The prize draw is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.

  5. The promotion will commence on 20 July 2026 at 12:01am and close at 11:59pm (NZST) on 31 August 2026 (Promotion Period).

  6. To enter, participants must:

    • Complete The Great NZ Gardening Survey during the Promotion Period.
    • Provide valid contact details when completing the survey for the purpose of contacting should they be won.

  7. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

  8. There are two consumer prize opportunities associated with The Great NZ Gardening Survey 2026:

    a. National Online Survey Prize

    One national prize winner will be drawn from all eligible consumers who complete The Great NZ Gardening Survey during the Promotion Period.

    The national prize is one Grosafe Garden Prize Pack containing:

    • 200g BioPower Seaweed Flake
    • 300ml Enspray 99 RTU
    • 1kg Ocean Fert
    • 200ml Root Gro

    b. Participating Retailer Customer Prize

    Each participating retailer that promotes The Great NZ Gardening Survey to its customers will receive one Grosafe Garden Prize Pack to give away to one eligible customer.

    Each participating retailer customer prize pack contains:

    • 200g BioPower Seaweed Flake
    • 300ml Enspray 99 RTU
    • 1kg Ocean Fert
    • 200ml Root Gro

  9. Customers may be eligible for only one prize draw.

  10. The winner will be drawn at random on 7 September 2026 by Publik Agency Ltd on behalf of Grosafe Chemicals Ltd.

  11. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided in their survey response.

  12. If a winner cannot be contacted by Publik Agency Ltd within 14 days of the prize draw, or declines the prize, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their right to the prize and a replacement winner may be drawn. If the replacement winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to repeat the process until the prize is awarded.

  13. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  14. Grosafe Chemicals Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any component of the prize, with a prize of equal or greater value if required.

  15. By entering the prize draw, participants consent to Grosafe Chemicals Ltd collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the survey and prize draw and for future optional marketing purposes.

  16. Survey responses will be analysed and reported in aggregate form. Individual survey responses will remain confidential and will not be publicly attributed to any participant.

  17. Grosafe Chemicals Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits false, misleading or incomplete information.

  18. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, Grosafe Chemicals Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

  19. Grosafe Chemicals Ltd's decision in relation to any aspect of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
